With more than 23 years of real estate experience, I'm licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina. I got my start as an investor — buying, renovating, and reselling homes — which is where I picked up a practical eye for a home's quality, condition, and long-term value. I also earned a BSBA in Marketing, giving me a strong foundation in property positioning and strategic marketing.
